Actress Jane Alexander, philanthropist Chobee Hoy, and Wheelock College president Jackie Jenkins-Scott were at the Coolidge Corner Theatre on Sunday to be celebrated at “Honoring Eleanor Roosevelt.’’ On hand to congratulate the women was Tufts Health Plan CEO Jim Roosevelt, Eleanor’s grandson, who spoke about his grandmother’s syndicated column, “My Day,’’ and admitted that when he was young, he thought that all grandmothers had their own columns.
