You’ve mastered flipping burgers, grilling veggies, and wearing an apron, but are you serving the right wine at your barbecue? Seasonal Sips: Thursday Tastings at Meritage will put you in touch with sommelier Jonas Atwood, who will talk about BBQ wines and serve tastes from Austria, Italy, and Australia. Chef Daniel Bruce will prepare foods to go with the vino, including Asian-style grilled shrimp for the Austrian libation, and grilled lamb chops with the Australian wine.
