The report said the multiple spokespeople, Alec Baldwin, Jerry Stiller, and Jimmy Fallon, coupled with the “ongoing” complexity of their brand narrative” have confused consumers. CoreBrand recommends Capital One refine and hone its message in order to improve its favorability ratings.
