A Piper Jaffray analyst said revenue from the Palo Alto, Calif., company’s narcolepsy drug Xyrem could nearly double to $500 million in 2014 as more patients start using it. The price of a year of treatment is about $30,000, but Jazz could raise the price significantly because narcolepsy is rare, Piper said.
