It looks like the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie supercouple rumors were not true so instead of an Objectivst Mr. & Mrs. Smith we're getting Hollywood B-listers nobody has ever heard of in this very modern looking version of Ayn Rand's epic. Can't you see Jolie as Dagny Taggart and Pitt as John Galt? Oh, what could have been.

The last major motion picture adaptation of a Rand novel was The Fountainhead in 1948, staring Gary Cooper and Patricia Neal.
