No Santorum surrogates at event in Charlotte County
PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - After Rick Santorum canceled his Sunday campaign events his campaign sent out an email indicating that surrogates would be attending some of those events. According to the press release members of the Jim Bob Duggar family were slated to attend a Republican Party county event here but did not show. Officials at the event declined to say anything other than "they are not coming."
The Santorum campaign could not be reached for comment.
