Scene outside the debate
JACKSONVILLE - Ron Paul supporters, fans of controversial pastor Terry Jones, snarky devotees of Stephen Colbert and Occupiers all gathered behind the CNN Politics set before the debate started creating a diverse collection of political views. The tension rose pretty quickly but under the watchful eye of a half dozen campus police things remained peaceful.
