I would be fine if the messenger would just get it right once every now and then.

Actually the Weather Channel had this one pegged right from the start.

Maybe your local New York forcasters spend too much time in the clubhouse eating fried chicken and drinking beer?

Here's a song for all of you who hate bad weather:

'Change the Weather' by Underworld....1989. (also the title of the CD).

    I live in Minnesota.

I think it's hilarious when it snows somewhere else and I'm still keeping my windows open at night.

Yes carnie, earthquakes are much safer than snow in October.

A scene like this looks so beautiful when you are in a place that doesn't get snow, and especially if you don't have to shovel it or share the roads with people who don't know that ice and snow causes slippery conditions on the road:

I don't have a song, but this photo of our backyard and one of the driveway were taken Oct 30 after we got nearly 2 feet:

Posted by ZILLAGOD[/QUOTE]Yes you big ole reptile, it looks very beautiful, especially since I don't have to drive a snow plow or wield a shovel. FWIW, we haven't had a big quake here since the Bay Bridge World Series in '89.
