TMZ has learned the secret identities of THREE new celebrity contestants on the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars" -- most interesting ... Heather Locklear's ex and "Melrose Place" actor Jack Wagner. You'll recall Jack and Heather got into an epic fight in December that triggered a 911 call.
Sources connected with the production tell TMZ, Sherri Shepherd from "The View" will also be competing in the upcoming season ... which kicks off next month.
As for the third -- that would be "Little House on the Prairie" star Melissa Gilbert, who was rumored to be on last season ... but that deal fell through.
We shot Melissa on her way into practice today at an L.A. dance studio (below) -- she was pretty tight-lipped. -

Random thoughts:
Tebow is still too hot, too current, to appear on a show like this. The mania is going to subside, possibly as early as the next NFL season. Only then will we see him prancing around.
Maks is going to eat poor Melissa alive. I'm surprised they invited him back after last seasons meltdown. So what's the over/under on when he makes her cry? I'll go with week 4, assuming they get that far.
Looks like the roles of Chaz and Hope are being played by Martina Navratilova this season. They should have put her with one of the Slavic pros, that would have made for some fireworks.
Without a cheat sheet I can only place 3 of these "Stars". With it I can say "oh yeah, he/she is sort of familar" 3 more times. The other 4, absolutely nothing. I remember Erkel, although I've already forgotten his real name.
As usual I'll be rooting for Karina and Anna, because they clean up so well. I really don't care who they are partnered with, I don't even recognize either them. -

I think Melissa and Maks will be interesting, but you're right she does cry a lot on the "Lifetime Movies! Jack Wagner is easy on the eyes...I don't recognize four or five of them. I like the pro Tristan, glad they brought him back! -

They look like an athletic group. Glad to see maks back and glad to see his partner hasn't had any plastic surgery. -

Why do you think Melissa Gilbert hasn't had plastic surgery? If I had to guess I would say she's had at least some rejuvenating processes done. Only her dr knows for sure. She definitely has hair extensions. BTW: When plastic surgery is done right, no-one can tell, the person just looks refreshed, not everyone ends up looking like Joan Rivers! Google: Katherine Jenkins, I think she's going give them all a run for their money! Example regarding plastic surgery: Take a look at Oprah's nose in the 80's, now look at her in recent photos, very subtle. -

Isn't this the show for people who want to extend their 15 minutes of fame to about 3 months?
Tebow is an NFL player, he should have no trouble staying in the spotlight for at least 3 years, unless he gets a concussion or the Saints offer a high enough bounty on his head. -

It is obvious you have not watched the show. Are your other 8,000 posts also on subjects which you have no knowledge on? For the record, not anyone posting here or regular watchers, thought palin to be a star. Her mother's tea party followers voted for her. -

7 Days till Season 14! They always have at least one or two that you wonder, what were they thinking? It's a silly show sometimes! But it's live entertainment and fun! I'd rather watch DWTS any day than a sitcom with canned laughter. If you don't have cable there isn't a lot to choose from anyway! There are rumors that Mark Ballas is dating Katherine Jenkins already!

Making new friends, Z Monster? That's nice.
I can't watch most so-called reality tv, but this show is good. The dancing is great, the music, from both the house band and weekly guests, is excellent. The tone is generally positive and upbeat. Hot women (mostly the pros) in slinky and revealing outfits. What's not to like? -
