Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Generously spread prosciutto slices with cream cheese. Wrap 2 – 3 slices around 3 or 4 asparagus spears. Arrange wrapped spears in a single layer on a medium baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil spray. Then lightly do a quick spray on the asparagus.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until asparagus is tender. -

Oh, yum, that's a lot more prosciutto than I've seen used before, but as with bacon, the more the merrier. Will have to try this when our asparagus comes up...can't wait! -

As I always say, Go Big or Go Home! LOL! You can of course use less prosciutto, whatever your tastes are. : ) -

You can also wrap prosciutto around those thin crispy Italian breadsticks for an antipasto platter. Did this this summer and it was great. However, you can't store any leftovers - take the prosciutto off the sticks and throw the bread to the birds because they absorb the moisture from the prosciutto.
