I'm hoping some longtime Globe readers might be able to help me out with a recipe search. Growing up, one of the family favorites in my house was Cranaroni. It was a recipe my mom got from the Globe in the mid 80s and has since lost.
The dish has a base of elbow macaroni and then ground beef cooked with some kind of cranberry juice sauce and shredded cheese to top. We tried to recreate the ground beef mixture, but can't get it quite right. I've searched a few places online and can't find anything like this.
If anyone has the recipe, please let me know, my family would be eternally grateful! Thanks!
