How are the Globes recipes tested?

I just tried the corrected version of the roasted vegetable quiche with an oil crust. Even with the reduced amounts of oil and milk. the crust is very wet and oily. After refrigerating, the oil started to separate. Several readers comments gave the same results. Is the recipe correct? I didnt bake it because I didnt want to waste the excellent filling, and used a standard crust instead
