Small Venue on the T, suggestions needed!

We're trying to find a venue for a 30-40 person wedding that is located on the T. Ideal would be in Cambridge or Boston proper. Would need to host both ceremony and reception. Under $2500 for just the rental, or under $5000 including food.
Already looked at the college club of boston and really liked it. But want something as a comparison of what is offered.

What about the Mt. Vernon On Broadway in Somerville.  Its a block up from the Sullivan Square T station on the Orange line.  Their John Henry room would fit about 50 people comfortably.

Union Oyster House has done weddings of that size before...on the main level in the back, nice room with its own bar...can do buffet or sit down dinner.  I think you could definitely do it for under $5K.
