I tried to listen to Mr Barlow, but honestly, I don't understand this new trend to tell everything about oneself, shouldn't some things stay private?  I guess he's writing a book now.

I get what he's trying to do, increase awareness etc, but there will always be a stigma attached to mental illness.

I'm watching Parenthood tonight, a good show, excellent acting, sometimes I even cry, maybe it's a chick flick kind of thing :)
