9-11 - What will you do to remember this day?

I will say "thank you" to every military man (active or retired) I see from today forward. Plus, today I will go a local restaurant where I know a bunch of them attend and will buy all the military men, plus a couple of police and firemen lunch and sit and talk with them. What will you do?

I will never forget that thousands of people lost their lives because of an ideology that is founded on a hatred for individual freedoms and liberty.

I will support our troops through my community organizations and the VA.

Not to be a DB, but no one in the military died that day.  The military should be respected, but 9/11 isn't about the people who enforce our will abroad, its about us.  I marked the day by going here and remembering a friend and teammate.

I will jerk it and blow it all over a picture of george bush to honor the fact that he allowed this terrible attack to happen on his watch and then, failed to catch the mastermind.  Even worse is the fact that he lied and manipulated the simpleton republicans (not that it hard to manipulate america's dumbest) and lost us not 1 but 2 wars against 3rd world countries.  This is a day to remeber what happens when idiots elect the king moron to president.  It should be a reminder to all patriotic americans that a republican can't be trusted and is too stupid, corrupt, and out of touch to ever be succesful.
Never vote for a republican unless you hate america.

as soon as you play the socialism/communism card you lose ALL credibility.  You are just a little child.
This socialism BS is just like the same scare tactics that you republicans used 7 years ago to go to war on lies and manipulation.  You don't and CAN'T present any facts so you just say socialism, or support the troops, or you don't love america.

Look where that got you the past 8 years.  Lucky for the patriotic americans in this country the majority is smart enough to see through this BS and is very turned off by it.  Here's a tip get a real argument.  Find real facts to support it.

    Here's an example:
George Bush can't win a war against a 3rd world country- this is undisputable because he didn't win a war against two 3rd world countries.

another: george bush didn't act after katrina and thousands of people died because of it- this is undistuptable because he didn't send in the national gaurd and people were dieing from a freakin lack of fresh water.
(the list goes on and on you know the rest of em)

Can a republican ever present a real fact or are they just gonna say socialism, and you don't love america, or you don't support the troops.

You really do not know what "socialism" and "communism" mean.  Socialism, at it's most basic, means the government is directly involved in the economy.  We have been doing that since the Progressive Era.  Socialism at it's most extreme means that the government (or workers) control the economy.  We are not even close to such a model.  And as for Communism, either as the utopian fantasy of a stateless society or as the the nasty reality of totalitarian dictatortship, it is simply bizarre to associate it with anything Obama is doing.  You lose credibility when you make such claims.

    That is an asinine statement.
