My guess would be "FP3" in the seaport district, or the brewery conversion in JP. -

good call with the American Brewery Lofts. any other predictions artie?
I'm looking into these kind of properties (lofts in the boston area) but i'd really have to stretch to get into one. the prices that they are talking about move these properties closer to what i can do. -
