The Sabres cut down all passing lanes last night, not tonight Buds having their way right now.

Buffablow's helping the Leafs look pretty sharp.

"Stevie Ott.  Good Canadian boy.  Not many on that team." Don Cherry.

Just heard in the 2 years Nolan had previously in Buffalo his teams fought 192 times.  Might be some changes coming to the Sabre roster.

Scrap time!  Steve Ott just pounded Clarkson in the mouth knocking him to the ice.  He followed him around the ice and goaded him into it. Clarkson got back up and threw some of his own.

Sabres get on the board trailing Toronto 3-1 early in the third.  From the second period they've played the Leafs much more evenly.

So Scott and McLaren get the gate but Orr stays...WTH!

Sabres make it 3-2 on the PP.  Just under 13 minutes left in regulation.

I know.  Looked like he jumped in as the third man.

Ovechkin just took a cross-ice flip pass from Green and wristed a laser of a rolling puck on the bounce past Reimer late in the third tying the score 1-1.

The Leafs have been outshot 45-23 but Reimer's been solid. Holtby's been forced to make some big stops with the Caps not too positionally sound behind their blue line.  The ACC? Silent right now.

Grabovski's face looks like it took a lot of stitches after taking Clarkson's skate blade across the bridge of his nose and cheek.  He fell down on to the blade as Clarkson was skating away. The game's going to OT.

The home Canucks held a 1-0 lead for the first 2 periods but Chicago hit for 2 third period goals in 9 seconds to lead 2-1.

Gonna try my luck with TO v. Sabres tonight. Looking for someone to take on Scott.

    Anyone else watching anything?

Really not much on by the time I get off work - maybe the Stars and Seguin against the Hawks. Likely be a slaughter, but it's either that or the last two periods of TO vs Buffalo or Edmonton vs Columbus. None really sound like great games.

1-0 TO early on a Kessel goal while Scott glowers from the bench. Man Buffalo is horrible.

And Myers, what happened to this kid?

Also heard from the Buffalo bench; "John, you shoot THAT way."  2-2 at the end of the second.

Scott just doesn't look so fearsome against the Leafs especially with Orr.  Last game here in Toronto it seemed like McLaren, Orr and Fraser couldn't wait to get at the guy at almost every chance.

Even tough guy Bieksa tuned in Boyle, what a soft player he is for his size, a poor mans Hal Gill.
