I think Chara had an assist, a lot of ice time, several shots and hits and will be +2 for the night. Yeah, not bad.

Stats don't lie... and the B's are the best defensive team in the league.

Hey lots of Ice time 40 shots against TO where was his shut down skills Saturday night if it wasn't for TT he would have been -100, oh ya serveral shots on net how many actually hit the net, god knows he gets enough ice time on the PP and how good is that.

And you actually think it is because of Lurch, if you ask any person that follows this team that question the response you will get is Goaltening is the main reason for this.

All the great looks this team had tonight and failed to convert and you want to point to Chara as the problem. He's got the second best +/- and contributes most on offense from the blue line.

Good point, I think I'll drop Mike Green and add Lurch to my Fantasy team.

Thanks for your insight keep up the good work..... Wake up.

If you put an isolation camera on any top player in the league who plays as much as Chara you will find just as many mistakes.  The thing is that his good plays far out weigh his mistakes and thats why he is always considered at top 10 D-man in the league and BTW did you know he has 2000 hits in is career?  Thats more than any active player in the league.

Chara had a decent night. He "pretended" to be a PMD a few times; skating the puck deep!!

    Almost 32 mins played,  5 shots, +1, 2 hits, 2 blocked shots..

Ask any goalie  in the league if they'ed like to play behind the Chara led Bruins D and you're right-most would love it.

That's exactly what I do I isolate this sorry excuse for a Dman and I can honestly say I can count the number of good plays on one hand.
When he gets pressured I feel like I'm in a turnover factory.

Yeh, whats this clown ever done during his Ottawa days with arguably the best team in hockey, and a very good Bruin team. His best years are behind him and he is your average Dman nothing special.
