    Bruins Recall Defenseman David Warsofsky From Providence.

    "A former Boston University hockey player, Warsofsky has played in 176 games with the P-Bruins since 2010. He has recorded 23 assists this season and 63 assists total in his career with the AHL Bruins. The blueliner has also scored 11 goals and played in 12 AHL playoff games. Warsofsky practiced with the Bruins on Monday and is expected to fill Zdeno Chara’s spot while he carries Slovakia’s flag at the Opening Ceremony of the Winter Olympics."

    Saw him play earlier this season against Worcester. The kid has some slick hands, but we already have our smurf on defense who happens to be a Calder candidate.

    I'm interested to see how the D corps fairs with Hamilton, Bartkowski, Krug, Miller, Boychuck, and Warsofsky... Who'da thought that our most tenured d-man would be Boychuck??

    I thought of this a month ago! Whachutalkinabout....Just kidding lam, it's kind of one of those "strange, but true" things. Wonder if it'll make the next edition of the book series. lol
