Marchand should have had that pass from Bartkowski and the Seidenberg lets Kadri slip behind him when Marchand already had the man Dennis went to cover. Khudobin not to blame, that was a red hot shooters snipe.

SanDog - Khudo looked like Eddy Johnston on that one.  His quickest reaction was to look back into the net.

Good gawd does anybody in this forum know what a good go is! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT GOAL!! Wake up Bart, Marsh and Dennis!

Dude, you watch Bartkowski play, don't you?  Do you honestly consider him a "shutdown" type of defenseman?

Bruins seem to be gathering some steam behind their play right now.  That was a nice shift by the Campbell line coming close.

Yep, nice to see at least one line getting some chances. I can't belive Lucic hasn't scored in a month!!! Nuts...

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW

They just showed Thornton and Orr chatting at the red line.  That's how incredibly fake these Skating Clowns and their dances are.   What a complete joke.

And yet people want to see it (fights).

I know, but real hockey minds need to look past it.  It's like people who watch NASCAR for the accidents.

It's been a part of the game forever.......I don't see it changing anytime soon. Right on time...Thornton and Orr.

Fighting has been a part of the game forever.  Planned dances between two Skating Clowns that is 100% without emotion and just two guys trying to keep their jobs has not been a part of the game forever.

If you don't know the difference, I can't help you.

Planned or not, it's here to stay. No help required.

Is that right?  How about you do a little research before running your mouth?

Here's a good place to start:

Well, that will be interesting if they actually implement it. We'll see.

He has had some opportunities, jm.  Just not happening right now.  If he contributes in other areas I can live without his goals - like rampaging around as he did last Saturday in the Caps game.

I wonder what Krecji thinks when he looks on his wings and sees Lead Foot and No Show.

He would probably give his left huevo to switch with Patrice.

No I disagree with Ludeke on that but that doesn't make him a liar. No way does he get a job contributing becuase he lies, disagree there.

Seems typical of the last several games; Bruins just grind away, with a few scoring opps, converting 1 or 2 and relying heavily on their Defense/Goalie to hold them in. Not pretty, just hope they win.

    Sandog,

You are an AHL fan and I think you go to enough Providence Bruins games.

Do you consider Matt Bartkowski to be a shutdown defender?

The problem as you well know is that the Caps game was the exception rather than the norm. He's due to get $6 million next season (elite money) and he has a whopping 4 goals in 30 games. That's pro-rated to, what, a 10 goal season in 82 games?

    Sorry, just getting frustrated...very frustrated.
