How does everyone like Soderberg in front of the net on the powerplay ?

Don't mind it. He's a big boy and has hands unlike when CJ had Caron and Campbell in front.

    Worth a try.....

    I agree!

What if he gets hit by that nasty puck.  San and i prefer he stay away from the net.

Have you seen his shield Shup ? Nothing is getting under that thing, it's down to the midway point of his spoked B.

Struggling against the worst team in the NHL... Geez Louise !!!!  Give Rask some goal support will ya?

Can't say I understand it. Just hope they can find the extra gear when it comes to playoff time.

Hamilton scores! Good....now lets get some more!

You likely ordered one.  I think the entire team should wear them.

    In response to Not-A-Shot's comment:

It may look like the B's are having a hard time getting out of their zone.  A different point of view would show the B's keeping possession while breaking out.  They could easily chip it out, but instead decide to hold onto the puck and move out patiently.

I am seeing the d-men constantly getting knocked off the puck, and the forwards having to come deep into their own zone, to help regain possession.

When the D do get the puck upto the forwards, it is never with the forwards skating with speed. They are usually at a dead stop, or skating back, to retrieve an errant pass.

The big sweep and skate.  He should be hitting everything moving.  I realize he cant catch them but i like the big smash noise into the boards.  It scares other teams.

Typical 2013 Bruins: Can't score on the best chances they create, one great PP with no goal, one horrible as it can be, then some goofy confused play...aaaarrrrrgghhh!

Re: GDT Bruins - Panthers 4-21-13

Lots of folks are bemoaning the breakout from the defensive end, I see the bigger issue as an inability to work with possession in the offensive zone. Brick nailed it about their inability to string 2 good passes together.

There should be no way they lose this game. They had better not allow the Panthers to get within one.

With all that said, they looked real good in the first 4-5 minutes of that period. The extended the lead, they still control their own fate and can overtake 2nd if they can start stringing some good periods together.

Good: Bergeron and Marchand seem unaffected by their recent injuries. Rask sharp as usual.

Bad: The Yeti hasn't done much. PP is still bad.
