Versus just showed the replay, and it glitched when he was "toe dragging".  Either way, there is no way in hell that is on side in real time to the linesman.  No way.  The puck was moving so slow and he was flying.  You cant tell me the linesman saw he was on sides.

If the Bruins actually scored during the 60 minute game, it wouldnt  have been the winning goal.

No offsides. Bs played it poorly and at the worst moment in the game. Costly turnover. But overall they played great. Tough loss. But they can surely beat this team. I agree that it is time to take Recchi off the PP. Put Chara back on D. And put Lucic in front. Chara's shot is needed back there. And the way the Canucks sit back, he could get lots of shots.

I thought his foot was in the air (which would make him offside) but I'll admit I was too angry see straight after the goal. Tough way to lose after playing such a strong road game. No big deal. I was realistically only hoping for a split in Van anyway. If anything, tonight's game should give Boston some confidence that they can skate with Van. I was disappointed with Ryder's effort.....so what else is new?

I thought I saw the skate off the ice and viewed by linesman on the far side but these guys normally make the call if in doubt in this point in the season. So until I see something definite -- I'm going to assume the linesman had "no doubt". Tough loss but both teams put on an amazing exibition of what this great game is all about. Hats off to both teams. Wondering if and what kind of suspension they give to Biteman Burrows.

Someone will post the video... but we can all agree that TT single-handedly kept us in the game and we need some others to step up going forward cause it won't happen every night.

looked like his toe dragged.  I think the linesman may have gave it to him for effort anyway and it was very close if not legit.  hate losing in the last minute.  everyone has their mind set on OT, then wham, kick to the nads.

Agreed.  I can't count how many times watching games on NBC that they lose the puck with poor camera work....and again tonight.

Nope no way he can't see it in slow mo bad call but that's refereeing in the NHL just have to move onto game 2 unfortunetly.

Was or wasn't offside, you shouldn't be offended by that call.

May i remember you B's win game #4 against Habs in OT by THIS offside-goal.

So ... B's gets their own "bad-call victory".

^ That’s not offside, pal. You’re allowed to have one skate over the blue line which was the case as the puck crossed. Nice try though.

Re: offsides on game winning goal

    It was not offside.

I thought the linesman made a great call, in "real" time and the slow-motion proved him correct.

Most sports are games of inches and tonight was no different, it just didn't go the B's way on this occasion.

They even out over the course of season and playoff.
