    The lockout sweater

I'm not sure if those south of the 49th will get this parody from This Hour has 22 Minutes, but it had me in stitches. It's a spoof of a famous Canadian cartoon/book called The Sweater.
(famous to the point where it's quoted on the back of our $5 bill).

    Absolute brilliance, red!

I'm sure Roch Carrier would approve!

For those who haven't seen the original, here's the link:

It's funny, I just picked up a $5 and re-read the quote, and for the first time realized one of the kids on the back was wearing a Richard jersey. I knew it was a no. 9, but hadn't noticed the lines on it were the same as an old Habs jersey. her hair covers where the nameplate would be. How observant is that? :p

    Re: The lockout sweater

Yeah, he was a Rocket Richard fan and instead of a number 9
Canadiens jersey he got a number 9 Leafs jersey (which at the time would have been Dick Duff). Major letdown.
