NY, WAS, SA are also interested in this guy..However, C's would be paying him $500,000 which is half of what he gets in Spain..money talks.

camp fodder, unless some light went on (and no other NBA GM saw it).

    more trades coming

But let's be serious, this guy, Iverson,Melo, Randolph, White, Joseph, Pressey are ALL D-league type players.

not saying they might not (or have) spent some time on the END of NBA benches...but they are what they are.

putting on a Celtics jersey isn't going to turn any of them into something they arn't.

so drop those 7 players and we are right about at 11-12.

    KO

    Sullinger

    Bass

    Humphries

    Wallace

    Green

    Bogans

    Lee

    Brooks

    Crawford

    Bradley

    Rondo

they've all played real NBA minutes at one time or another (except KO of course).

    more trades coming

Re: Celtics interested in Vitor faverani

Randolph & White are team option players so they are not yet signed/taking roster spots. White wasn't impressive at all and Randolph is questionable with Iverson on board now. And where are these two ... why aren't they on the summer team if they still have a chance to have their options picked up?

Danny didn't have to take Joseph back from Brooklyn, he was a minimum salary guy that did not affect the trade, so that means Danny wanted him ... either on the roster or in ME but Danny didn't get him as filler.

Melo will be in ME another year unless traded ....

Pressey makes the team unless Danny picks up another NBA experienced PG in a trade.

Your roster looks identical to this guys but he has Randolph as a keeper @ center ...

    http://sports.yahoo.com/news/boston-celtics-summer-league-introduces-obstacles-roster-trimming-092600679.html

    PG: Rajon Rondo, Phil Pressey

SG: Avery Bradley, Courtney Lee, Jordan Crawford, MarShon Brooks

SF: Jeff Green, Gerald Wallace, Keith Bogans

PF: Jared Sullinger, Brandon Bass, Kris Humphries

C: Kelly Olynyk, Shavlik Randolph, Colton Iverson (overseas), Fab Melo (D-League)

He provides a nice rundown of the summer league standouts, non-guaranteed players and our FA's (Wilcox) and opines on each.

I don't understand why you guys all think Sully will start over Humprhies........

Bill Russell won more NBA titles with the Boston Celtics than Wilt, Kareem and Shaq COMBINED did as Lakers!!

No Bynum injury, no Gasol trade - 2-1 vs majic- last word!

    I don't unless he's traded obviously .... Hump - Sully - Oly @ PF with  Hump - Randolph - Iverson @ C ... Oly & Hump can play some minutes at C
