Piston players taller man for man.

Lee is a keeper. Just trade Bass and Green, keep Lee.

To get a quality big man we'll have to include Bradley too.

We can swap Bradley with a 1st round pick.

fierce, Bradley is our identity..without him, we become average...he is aour defensive quarterback..

I know we all got excited about that 5 or 6 game win streak but if you all recall, this team we have seen the past 3 games is that same team we complained about...Bass is as bad this year as he was good last year... Terry is not what we thought hed be and Green has been really disappointing for most of the year... add that to the aging KG and Pierce and you dont have a team who can go deep into the playoffs if they even make it....

This is all true.  Three losses in row tells you this team is going far.

The Celtics can survive without a rebounding big man. But they can't survive without a scorer. Scoring wasn't a problem until Pierce and KG got old. This problem started in 2010. Time for Ainge to find a solution for this problem.

No no no we need a big man to.  KG is on his last legs.

The reason Drummond gets these dunks is that our big men keep having to help on Rondo's man.

Yeah, big man who can score is the ideal. Someone like Josh Smith.

Josh can't really score that well. It is time to make a big move.   We need more help than Josh Smith.

We are average. To get quality you have to give quality. I don't want to lose AB but I prefer keeping Sully, he's ceiling is higher. He's a future double-double machine a la Z-BO. If we have to keep Bradley just to light a fire under the other players (Rondo among them) on the defensive end then maybe those guys aren't worth keeping. Notwithstanding his superb D Bradley is an undersized 2, who's limited on offense and who has had his share of injuries already. He is very valuable but no savior.

Not even sure if the Celtics can afford a Josh Smith.

Gortat is the ideal but you'd have to surrender Fab Melo. That's a bad idea.

You want to see if we can make a run, trade Melo.  The chances of him being a dominant player are they guaranteed or something?

Melo is not going to contribute to the Garnett Pierce era, so let's try to get a big that is not too old and is talented. I would revisit the Cousins trade.

Disagree! Melo may be able to help the Cs by seasons end!
