TRADE CRAWFORD , BRADLEY IS A HIGH CHARACTER GUY, A WARRIOR, A GUY WHO HAS PROVEN HE CAN HANDLE MULTIPLE ROLES, AND A CLASS ACT. HE KEEPS IMPROVING AND HIS  DEFENSE IS AMONG THE BEST IN THE NBA

BRADLEY IS OUR GUY , HE NEEDS TO STAY A CELTIC.

CRAWFORD IS A NICE ASSET. USE HIM AS BAIT......

i think you're right. im changing my thoughts on ab... use jc as a bait and get rid of gw.

jc, gw and 2 2nd rds for ben gordon and cha 2014 1st rd... jc can play the sixth man role.

    Re: crawford or bradley?

Bradley is better on the break, a better scorer (not a better shooter), can rebound much better, and his defense is excellent while Crawford is somewhat indifferent.  When Crawford has a bad shooting night, he's fairly mediocre, but when Bradley's shot isn't there, he can still score and defend. So, where is the choice, really?  The only reason Bradley might go is the same one that sent Perkins to OKC - wanting too much money, money that's beyond his true dollar value.  Trading Perkins, despite what some/many think of Green proved to be a wise business decision - Perkins, not helped by KG and Doc's/Thibodeau d-system, is just a bad, slow, ineffective basketball player. Money can't buy a game; Perkins is proof positive of that.

    Hi,

I think AB will be retained for about 7-8M for 3-4 years. Unless Danny finds a trade, he'll a part of, for a tier 1 center and/or SG.

No way Charlotte is going give us an expiring contract for 31 yr old player that still has 20 mil on his contract after this year. I was saying earlier that we maybe able to swing a deal for Eric Gordon from NOLA for Crawford and Wallace and exchange picks. E Gordon is owed 14 over 3 yrs and is 25,Wallace is owed 10 over 3 yrs and is 31. If we are going to be stuck with a lopsided contract,Gordon @ 17.7 ppg,3 reb and 3 asst that still can improve would be better than Wallace who is clearly not the player he was and will only slide more as he gets older. Sometimes you have to choose the lesser of two evils.

    Re: crawford or bradley?

You guys need to understand that the Celtics need to give up MORE value when trying to trade Wallace (he has the worst contract in the NBA and NOBODY is going to give him another chance hoping that he will regain his game.  He is done. Finished. Through. He is a liability. He will rot on some team bench for two years while consuming $20M.  A major chunk of CAP space.

That means look at your trade... and then factor in significant added value for the other team to take Wallace and his contract

In this case start with Crawford for Gordon (exchanging picks is an unnecessary wash).  Gordon is by far the better asset.  So Boston needs to equalize that with more assets.           On top of that you need to throw in significant value for NO to take Wallace's 2 yr and $20M.  Like Boston's first round pick.  Maybe more.

IF you want to trade Crawford and Wallace for Gordon, you would need to add a Celtic first round pick and an asset like Oly. (and maybe get a NO 2nd round pick in return).
