    Doc plays Allen & Rondo 41 minutes-Stupid...

Doc continues to play his players to long. 35 year old Allen 41 Minutes last night against the Spurs. Rondo coming off foot and leg injuries played 41 minutes as well.34 year old  Pierce played 37 minutes, when he should be playing 32 minutes tops.

Boston has blown through players all year, Shaq - Achilles, JO - knee, Rondo- foot, all by overplaying.  Doc needs to play his bench, why is Arroyo getting DNP status?

Happy April fools Day   Doc is a complete fool!

Although last night was a good game to get the team rockin again... I agree with you regarding minutes, in particular Ray. He always seems to put in big minutes but we have backups for him... and hes been in a shooting slump for a while (better now than his usual playoff slump)..

Maybe Doc could consider giving Ray reduced minutes for a few games while hes shooting bad... I mean, give him 25-30 mins, could be hes tired or maybe not.

What do I know, its annoying when Doc always preaches limiting minutes, then lets them run for 35-40 a game.

Arroyo didn`t play because Rondo was on fire. Ray`s in superb shape and trying to get his rhythym back. Leave it to you to complain about a terrific win. Doc practiced them hard on Wednesday too. He`s trying to help your international guys get with the program

Pierce had to play more because of KGs foul issues.

Ray with that they were trying to get involved in the offense and he was bricking shots till the fourth.

I'm not sure what's going on with RA. He looks like his legs are just dead.

Maybe Doc may have to go with Rondo & West more often for the next few games.

Ray took a big knock in the Knicks game and may still be feeling that; he definately looks like his legs and balance are off; hopefully he shakes it off over time...

Agree with all of the others regarding Ray.  He definitely needs to play less minutes until the end of the season.

Doc a fool he says... why even post to this dummy.  He's too busy bashing people who make 25 times more money than himself to over shadow his personal insecurities and failures in life.

    Good post, JR.  Exactly right!

Run just can't find a happy moment even in a loss.  Against the top 10 teams in the league, the Celts have the best record.  We clearly play down to competition but play well against the best (focused and energized).  In a game that we needed for confidence, Doc got the team ready and here's a guy finding some negative to criticize.  Just a hater.  Try to enjoy this win!

I think that Doc has continued to play Ray Allen major minutes so he can work himslf out of his current slump. The best way for a shooter like Allen to get out of a slump is to play and continue to shoot. I agree that the practical course of action may be to reduce his playing minutes so he'll be rested for the playoffs. However, conditioning and fitness are not issues in Ray's case. It's commonly known that he conducts shooting practice for at least two hours before each game.

Re: Doc plays Allen & Rondo 41 minutes-Stupid...

Ray's shooting problems could be from playing too many minutes this season. Many of us were discussing before this season started that if Doc played Ray major minutes, that he would get tired late in the season. It's happenned. Sure Ray's in great shape, but he is still being effected by playing too many minutes this season. If Doc were to give Ray some games with significantly fewer minutes, he may get some of the freshness back into his legs which would improve his jumper. Delonte is back and so is Wafer. There aren't any excuses for Doc now.  I'm glad that Doc is the Celtic's coach, but he does have some faults and playing the big 3 too many minutes over the entire season is one of them.
