In response to Eldunker's comment:
I think this team will be much more exciting to watch this season than last year.
Can Rondo bounce back from injury? Can Bradley regain his outside shot? Is Sully really that rebounding beast? Can Oly live up to the high expectations? Who is this guy Faverani in the middle? Will Lee re-emerge under a different coach?
Who knows if Wallace can regain the intensity and consistency that got him on the NBA All Star team in 2010.
or Hump putting up doubles in PPG and RPG.
or Brooks lighting it up from the outside.
If Danny really wanted to "tank", he would have kept Pierce, (Garnett and Terry?) - because none of them wanted to play for the Celtics this year and would have been a pathetic disaster in terms of entertainment and lack of wins, even if they did stay healthy. Garnett probably would have retired, so we're only really talking Pierce making any contribution and he said he had no desire to compete on a rebuild team.
I agree it will be exciting .
Garnett would't have retired and we probably would have ben a 7th or 8th seed.
Ainge didn't see this as progress that's why we have players who have a little chance of making the playoffs and a better chance of winning the lottery.
Call in Tanking or Rebuilding whatever . That's want we are doing and anyone that thinks otherwise is just fooling themselves.
LOL . Fierce's other handle tries to support him and does a crappy job.
Garnett had no desire to play for the Celtics this year and Pierce would not have competed. that would have been a complete disaster and no way they would be competitive..
Danny anti-tanked. Added Wallace, Hump and Brooks, all of which will make a contribution. Versus Pierce mailing it in and Garnett calling it quits.
Hey Fierce if Darryfries didn't immediately follow your every WRONG post, it would be less obvious LOLOLOLOLOL.
