I don't understand why some here don't believe Olynyk will become a very good player with All-Star potential.

i used to think the same thing about you and bradley.

Nice sequence of plays there, featuring our captain.

All-star?  Who drafted Fierce? Fierce is not Pierce, right?

That pass to green is why I think he is gonna be good. Most 7 footers can't do that.

I just haven't seen the production to acredit him being a very good player.
There is no doubt he could average 14 and 7 if he got the minutes.
I don't think it's a minutes issue dude. I think it's his confidence. Which I understand will come with experience. But he needs to be more assertive with his offense. He's a good passer as well. Just needs to show me some aggression out there.

Lee averaged 7.4 ppg in 30 games with the Celts.

Crawford averaged 13.7 ppg and 5.7 apg for the Celts in 39 games.

Right now Bayless is playing SG when Bradley sits.

No doubt Rondo can surpass Crawford's production, but I don't know if Bayless can give the same defense and offense that Lee gave the Celts in limited minutes.

My GF went to Gonzaga and I watched him play a lot in college.  He has a really good offensive game. He just needs to get used to the speed of the game. Last year he was playing against Pepperdine.

Neither did Ainge when he drafted him ....

"He's just a really good complimentary player. He's not a go-to guy. He's not a star player. He's a really good teammate-type of player for those other guys (Rondo, Green, Bradley)."

Important to note, no comparison to Dirk by Danny .... LOL!!!

He does not have high release shooting motion, does not have long arms, and does not seem to be able to get a good attempt off even against PF several inches smaller.  And he is not that atheletic.  No question, good bball IQ and passing ability, but I don't think he is a starting PF on a good team long term.

Bayless was just playing PG with Bradley @ SG end of half! Bayless was gotten to be RR's backup. No question he'll play some minutes at SG to spell Bradley but for the most part he'll be the #2 PG.

Me either, but I do think he can be a starter on a bad team or a good reserve.  I think he will be around 10 years.
