It was a hell  of a dunk, no question. But a 6-8, 250-pound dude dunking on a 6-2, 180-pound guy isn't exactly a fair fight.

As Red himself might say - "it was still only worth two points, wasn't it?"

hey thats y its not called a musgov or a ewing.. being knighted means when a small guy doesnt know his place, this is the end result. noone forced jet to stock his nose in a big man's bizness..he should have gone for the charge or just live for the next play with his rep in tact.. now, he will forever b part of the lebron james highlight package like ewing and craig ehlo!

D'oh... Musgov... Can you spell it right?

Of course, Darryl Dawkins was the original, actually naming his dunks.

They STILL only count two points, though

yep 2 points that totally turned around the flow of the game around.. had it just been an uncontested layup, no biggie.. that dunk said i will penetrate your defenses however and whenever i want and u cant stop me.. period! gave hope to the entire team, a extra energy bolt..a red bull to the soul if u will..

The dunk was a non-event and of course you the attention troll you revel in it.  People get on you here because you ask for it.  Find something to substantive to say.

"ESPN played it 6 times in a row from different angles. "

It's not surprising to learn the last couple of days that you worship ESPN and put blind trust in them as a sports authority.

ESPN is lowest common denominator ratings junk which not surprisingly suits you quite well.

Commy the dunk was great (though Jordan's dunk was better by far), but it didn't decide the game. That's nuts.

Green has posterized some people in the past (not as good a dunk as that one, but good enough) and it made no difference.

We don't need a guy who dunks every once in a while. We need a consistent player. Celts fans are happy Green had a 40 point game and you're whining because he didn't dunk it

Re: OMFG: if brendan got KNIGHTED by d'andre jordan, what did BRON just do to terry?

Both dunks were remarkable athletic plays, so I get why ESPN is replaying them over and over. What I hate is how Terry and Knight are being ridicululed. They both gave up six inches and, at least in Terry's case, about 70 pounds. They had no chance. Both were lob passes, and neither was a man-to-man situation.

    People need to think more.

I actually liked Bradley's layup rejection better than the dunk.

I like LeBron's come from behind blocks more than his dunks.  Almost anyone in the league can dunk, but I respect the guys who never give up on the way on defense!
