Rondo is our only superstar , you build the team around him , you don't give him away for potential.

We already have plenty of potential in Green, Melo, and joseph...some pan out, some don't..

Paul Millsap will be the key to beating the Miami Heat?

Pierce, KG, and Paul Millsap will be the new Big 3?

    HAHAHA!!!

    [/QUOTE]

Not that i am wanting that trade,  I do remember Millsap  putting on a show against the Heat.

MIAMI -- Dwyane Wade had 39 points. LeBron James had a triple-double. The Miami Heat had a 22-point lead.

The Utah Jazz were unimpressed on all counts.

Paul Millsap scored a career-high 46 points -- 11 coming in the final 28 seconds of regulation as Utah rallied from eight down -- and the Jazz stunned the Heat 116-114 in overtime on Tuesday night.

    Rondo and Sully for

    Kanter 7'0" C and Milsap 6'9" PF

    other pieces as appropriate.

This trade Sucks. Canter is unproven and Milsap is only slightly better at rebounding than Bass and you gonna dump Rondo for THAT.  Now I wouldnt be mad if they traded him for someone really valuble that could help but this is a fleece

Lazy Blatche is not the answer.  He's averaging 10 points and 5 rebounds.  Who thinks 5 rebounds is going to change this team?  He's got essentially the same numbers as Bass.   Trading one for the other does nothing for us.   We need a rebounding big man - power house inside scorer - not another guy who isn't a starter.   Bass is a good player, Blatche is a good player - but neither is a starter for a championship contender and neither changes the character of a team.

Gortat is closer to what we need.  Unfortunately for the C's, few teams are going to give up their good big men who rebound and score inside.   Its just a tough player to get.  We should not have given up ours or we should have picked up a bruiser over the summer.

I assume your talking about Perkins?

Perkins rarely scored and rarely rebounded in double figures. I prefer Green, now we have to get a big guy who can score and rebound to help KG.

That is why we trade Rondo/Bass/Pick for Love/Rubio. You want value, you get value. Next subject.

Please put forth a realistic trade proposal.

Why would Minnesota have any interest in that trade proposal?

Agree - Gortat or Varajeo would be great for us
