So the definition of metaphor is mocking the Chinese people?

Like I said, only the mentally ill would threaten to sue BDC.

You know someone who threatened  to sue BDC back in 2012?

    HAHAHA

You didn't get that one either ... don't you understand the concept of pulling someones leg? That's why the metaphor fits ... you can't think outside of the box ... you're nothing but a lemming yourself. So you and your lemmings pals are in essence "the blind following the blind."  Sad .................. but true.

The only one here that does any spinning is Fungus ....

    remember these flip flops;

    Rondo

    Bradley

KG  (he's a PF unable to play C, You think D West will come to the C's and sit on the bench behind KG?) .... Guess who was right and who wrong about KG playing C ... and Danny did go after West as I had hoped but got blocked by Lakers ... too bad, what a difference that deal would have made.

Did David West become a Celtic?

If he did then you were right, but unfortunately it was too good to be true.

Did we win a championship with KG at the C?

All your "ifs" and "what ifs" are just that, WHAT IF!

    HAHAHA

Did Wallace go to the Cavs?

    Did Howard become a Celtic?

Did Danny trade up and get Rivers?

    Was Bradley waived/traded?

Did Melo really have huge upside potential?  HAHAHA!!

Nobody here said Wallace went to the Cavs.

Howard did not become a Celtic because he didn't become a free-agent in 2012.

Danny tried to trade up for Rivers but the Pelicans declined.

Bradley wasn't traded for a 2nd round pick like you said back in 2011.

According to Ainge, Fab Melo had a huge upside.

Dunno about racism... but a disturbing rise in fungism (abnormal hatred/loathing of fungal infections)  is certainly tolerated on this board.

On a related matter, it's been a very bad month for  our own "Celts will go 4-8 this December" fungus.

Fast actin Tinactin anyone.... or am I simply stoking more  racism... err... fungism???

I didn't get the Chinese joke. I must not be smart enough but I do know that Fierce is what you call a race baiter! Fierce, it seems like once a week you bring race into this board yourself. I'm still in disbelief that in the year 2014 that you would stupidly post last week "that black athletes do not want to play in Boston"? Fierce that's just out and out stupidity. I've been reading the Celtics board for 2 years now and here is what I've come up with. Fierce, for the most part, is intelligent when it comes to basketball. I agree with him more often than not but when he strays from just basketball and he race baits he loses all credibitity! Fierce I'm still waiting for examples in the last few years of athletes not wanting to play in Boston. I watched an interview yesterday with Lagarette Blount and he talked about how much he loves Boston! Please stick to JUST basketball.

His race-baiting is simply a red herring  to distract from his basketball-related brain f@rts.

He's on a manical roll since his  December  predictions of 4W's-8L's flushed him out in the open.

Put him on IGNORE!!! I have and it is wonderful. Although you still get to see when PUD and some of the others crush him......Fierce is a fraud and is also very prejudiced against anyone who doesn't listen to his garbage. I can only imagine who and where he reallly lives. From the sounds of it, he is isolated on some far away land where he doesn't get to engage in reality. Maybe a mental hospital? He is the true racist, and I think its pretty obvious which side of his fabricated racist devide he sits........he is so transparent.......

I've been a Celtic fan of the Celtics since the 1980s and to date, the only big name free-agent the Celtics signed, since I've become a Celtic fan, is a 35-year old Dominique Wilkins.

The kid who started this thread is a loser and is going on ignore because all his posts annoy me-but I'll play

Artis Gilmore, Pervis Ellison, Dana Barros, Xavier McDaniel, Shaq, Rasheed Wallace, Sam Cassell, PJ Brown.

I guess the better question is when did we ever have the $$$ to pursue a big FA and who ever turned us down?

Shawn Marion didn't want to come to Boston in 2007.

    http://espn.go.com/blog/truehoop/post/_/id/3937/cooked-by-the-sun-meet-shawn-marion

In June, there was the possibility of a three-way trade sending Garnett to Phoenix, a Boston pick package going to Minnesota and Marion to Boston with a contract extension but the Marion camp killed it.

Grant Hill also passed on the Celtics.

    http://bostonherald.com/sports/celtics_nba/boston_celtics/2009/07/grant_hill_passes_celtics

The fit would have been perfect, but any notion of a Grant Hill-Celtics marriage this season no longer exists.

    [/QUOTE]

Marion didn't pass on Boston so much as he didn't want the Suns to decide his fate. It was a little more complex than a guy "not liking Boston."

As for Hill ... Here's the rest of the story that you left out.

The veteran forward chose to remain with Phoenix yesterday, declining offers from the Celts and New York Knicks and instead agreeing to a two-year contract worth approximately $7 million with the Suns.

The C’s only could offer their $1.9 million biannual exception but provided Hill with the best chance of winning an NBA title, albeit as a reserve.
