    Re: Semih Erden?

Last nights game was strange in they played a super small lineup a lot in the second half.  With Rondo, Robinson, and Wafer on the floor all at the same time, with Pierce or Daniels playing PF.  Can't really argue with it since they won.

    Jeezem,
Look up Doc's explanation for that in his post-game interview.

Doc is trying to give all the minutes to JON to build him up. If Semih played well JON wouldn't be marketable or valuable to the C's. Oh plus JON makes
    $5M per year.

plusssss JON is better on his worse days than semih on most of his great days! if doc and his teammates loveee his defense and rebounding who are we to questiion it when they are winning and jon is outplayg shaq and is gutting out 30 minute appearances...

I would like to see them play Erden more though.  He was a nice surprise and 5 or 10 minutes a night to continue his development could really pay off come playoff time.

    Re: Semih Erden?

Look, the guy played with a shoulder so bad that you could see he had trouble raising his left arm up for rebounds. He 'soldiered' thru for the Celts. Why not see if rest will help him get back to a serviceable level. However, with Perk due back, JON, KG, and SON there won't be many minutes for him in the near future anyway. He should be applauded for playing thru when the Celts really, really needed him.

    Re: Semih Erden?

Julian Benbow states in this morning's news that Semih is still suffering from an "upper respiratory infection."  I wish someone would elaborate on this.  It's been going on for an awfully long time.
