Should C's try signing Rip Hamilton?

I just read Pistons are trying to get rid of him. Will he be a good fit for the C's? I say yes but only if Detroit is willing to agree to a buyout.

Too old and too much money for 2012. Plus, didn't he refuse to get traded out of Detroit last year when the Celts really needed him?

The verdict is in - and the answer is...... a resounding "NO"!  But, there are other FAs that would fit financially and fit a need.
