    Trade Rondo?

What if Rondo takes until the All-star break to get healthy and play Ina game. What if he uses the injury, like a lot of others have done, to improve his shooting?

What if he comes back in Feb and is making three's making his jumpers, and hasn't lost a step?

Do you haters still look to trade him and do the full rebuild? Or does that finally make him a franchise PG?

If he's a franchise PG, Green shows improvement as a scorer and can be a #2 guy, we can probably still get into then lottery to get a shot at a top 5 guy, isn't this a contending team in 2015?

    Re: Trade Rondo?

The point is the media and fans are all gun ho about trading Rondo. Wouldn't it be smart to see how he improves through the recovery, how he comes back? He's never been really made to be the leader, so you got to give him a chance to take that on.

Hate to say it, but Paul Pierce wasn't born as the leader, captain and future HOFer ... he developed into that by being challenged by a lot of difficult things.

PP ONLY became legit as the captain as the one with longest tenure AFTER Ray and KG arrived and the pressure was taken off of him. There is ia difference between immaturity and being a down right knucklehead. ROND is the later. SORRY. He is gone! Ultimately, KG was the real leader, OF THIS TEAM while PP was the senior Celtic and default Captain. PERIOD.

With the above senrio, yes you keep him.  Ronda has all the talent in the world and with a consistent outside   shot he would be deadly, BUT he also would be approaching his contract year and would want max money.
