I think Sully is good. Would help if they fed him in the paint. Right now he is just being put out there to learn and I believe he can help scoring but they dont get it to him. K.G. isnt in the post so we are expecting to win being a jump shooting team.  I have no problem with Sully at the 5 as long as the opposing 5 isnt abusing him. Collins a plus 23...Ok. so what, he Sacks

I think the suggestion to give Melo some minutes makes sense.  It is not like we have a clear view of the future.  We need to explore all options.

When Sullinger plays center, the other team immediately goes inside and starts scoring.

    It happens every time.

Sully can learn and hold his own against second team center...Its not like he is going to be our starting Center..BB held his own against many Centers...Doc feels this kid can develop like that..

Rivers adds Collins to the starting lineup and Collins is a plus 23.

But he fails to play Wilcox with the backups, and they are a minus.

When will Rivers realize that it doesn't work to have an undersized rookie forward playing center?

    HAHAHA

Celtics win 4 in a row when an undersized rookie PF is playing Center.

I'm probably late to the party but, are you double dipping?

Small ball works at times and defending the rim is need other times. All depends on who we are playing and the match-ups.

16 caroms to go along with toughness, blocking out, smarts on offense...against a legit center..

hmm.....what say you now...small ball is in

AB is undersized 2 also..but plays with the tenacity of a bob cat...

Ill take this any day and twice on Sunday...having said that, we still need to upgrade the Center or PF positons...to be legit..

Both of them are the real deal..you either can play or not...they can play...

Wow are you all thinking this formula will work for the rest of the season?  It won't.  It is obvious what we need.  Let's hope DA is not as satified with these four wins as most of the board is.  We have to make a move,  KG will not last the season in anyway that will translate to him being ready for the run we had last year.  Collins and Wilcox are no answer at all.

He should be starting at PF with KG.
Many here, including myself, think he should be starting too. But this is what you said 3 weeks ago, "When will Rivers realize that it doesn't work to have an undersized rookie forward playing center?"

You said it doesn't work, but now we've won 4 straight when that undersized rookie PF is playing Center, Kirk!
I am not  going to bore anyone else with my repetitive thoughts.  KG needs a back up!
