[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Where are the buyouts? : I told Bias when he said Danny had a plan and named all these players that it would be a crap shoot. You can't depend on someone being bought out. It takes two sides to buy out and there is no way Danny talked to both sides. Now we just have to get lucky and IF and WHEN someone is bought out they WANT to come to the Celtics.

Their offense just got a lot better overall with the Perk trade but I am still a little unsure how you can trade two guys that are drawing a salary against the salary cap for a draft pick.
The only thing I can deduce is that Danny thinks that the only way he can lure "buyouts" is by having roster spots and "veteran minimum"money available.
That said I think Semih had a relatively bright future ahead like Krstic or Big Z but I trust Danny.
The only thing I can think is that Danny has had some discussions which points several players to the Cs, Murphy, Rip, etc.
I think you can get a Semih almost every year and yes... you can get a Luke every year - the Cs prove every year you can get a Luke.
I am very very glad they did not move Bradley. He is the future Chauncey Billups.
One thing that is really funny is that people keep saying how Rondo's contract is a bargain and I say you get what you pay for. Rondo is now the 4th best point guard in the conference and if you add Paul next year, he becomes 5th and we start to see that he is vastly overrated especially when he starts to lose hall of fame scorers and still can't score himself.
I would like Murphy, Rip, and Kapono. I think their offense is the problem not the defense. The Perk trade supports that and I think Danny recognizes that as well.
