I project the N.O. pick next year to be around, oh, say, 28?  W-T-F!

I like the trade. A first for a first and 2nd rounder. Even if the 1st is the last pick in the first round next year it's still a good trade.

Maybe the have yet to cash that value in, yeah its is annoying from a fans point of view. However, BB probably has a damn good reason for it or he wouldn't bother doing it every year. NO's pick next year will probably be in the early 20's or very late 10's if we are lucky.

But what's the use of having two #1 picks if they're never used? It's like having a super hot girl friend who leaves you flustrated with "no, tomorrow".

At least Bill didn't take Ingram.

It is infuriating. Here we go again. Other teams select playmakers like Jordan, Ingram, Prince and what do we get? An OT.   Matt Light is a decent LT.

We could have gotten Bowers or Ingram, and we trade the pick again. I guess Pats haven't learned anything from their major mistake by not drafting Clay Mathews 2 years ago. Mark Ingram can be the next Adrian Peterson.

Pats got destroyed the last 3 games because they didn't have any pass rush or playmakers.  Be prepared to have Mark Sanchez torch this D every single year.

What do they do with 3 2nd rd. picks?  Use them?  Trade back more?  Use for vets if trades are possible?  Guesses?

The same people that keep saying this is god to keep trading are the same people that will complaint when we get bounce out of the payoffs in the 1 round again... I dont mind a trade but with a team like NO that will probably pick around 29 or 30 next year it doesnt make sense to me.. they got jordan and ingram 2 top 20 guys and we get bs 2nd round picks.......

Pats are rolling over 1st rounders each year in preparation for using them as tokens to pick a top QB as Brady's replacement. Andrew Luck next year??

they didnt lose a pick they gained a pick in the second round, and they added a pick to next years first round (wich will have a rookie pay scale) its a great move whenever you get a 2 for 1

Well there is still Wilkerson, Heyward, Bowers, and Reed on the board. They could take them at #33 but I see them trading that back too. To a QB hungry team wanting either Dalton, Kaepernick, or Mallett. (Oak, Was, Cinn, Sea?)
