    Here Here!

When the Pats lose (because they threw too many times, right?), it's 100% Brady's ego and his need to pad his personal stats to the detriment of the team.

Well, the talk is all about the run game yesterday.

Brady called those plays also, right?

Brady bashers, let's hear it for Tom Brady!

    Can't have it both ways!

you forgot the 9 consecutive pass plays that gave Baltimore a chance to get back in the game. I think BB just took the clipboard from McD and said go gameplan for Buffalo.

After Balt missed the FG, up 20 - 0 with 14 mins to go, all O needed was to get an FG to seal game for knockout blow with a 4 score lead, and what does O do? They do 2 straight 3 and outs. Finally got it together to get the knock out TD, with help from a 15 yard PF on Balt - didnt matter at that point though cause FG would have sealed it.

I love listening to the Braady basher's logic...he is stat driven, he is out of control, he is the reason why we don't win in the playoffs, he likes to throw shotgun, he's ruining this team!!

Do they really think a guy his age, with as much as he has to lose, wants to drop back 50 times a game and get pounded behind that line? This guy is what? 35 years old? You think he wants to spend Christmas in a hospital getting an MRI on his head? Do they think he wants to tear a rotator cuff and most likely end his career? Because that is a possibility at this point - if he throws all day his career could essentially be over at his age - there is no more comebacks/wasted sesons at 35-36...it's called the end. He's not in Gronk's position where he can just take off seasons.

How do you think he felt when he woke up this morning pain free with a victory? I bet he's happy as hell right now. Peyton broke his td record yesterday, I bet he doesn't care...he probably called and congratulated him last night.

Don't ignore it, Rusty Trombone.  You spew garbage all the time about Brady's play calling.

How did he do yesterday, and what was the reason for the difference?

    You overestimate the board troll.

He disappeared after the Pats lost the SB and left real Pats fans to face the music.

He's all over the board today starting threads and talking to himself.  Can't blame him really - he has no friends.

I was at teh game, and that was a head scratcher. Even Ravens fans were laughing that they seemed to abandon the running game for no apparent reason. As we saw with Flacco with his boo-boo knee, and as BB has proven over the years, when you go 1 dimensional (voluntary or involuntray), bad things hapen.

Still waiting on Rusty to tell us that Brady did a great job of calling the plays on Sunday, and then to explain the reasoning behind why he would do so well in that game but fail so miserably in others.

If you think Brady calls all the plays you're quite daft....    Wow and we need a thread on this...?   Opting out of a few plays in a game is not playcalling .  the OC is there for a reason.  some people on this board are dumb as rocks half the time.

Your statement would be spot on if I had stated that Brady calls all the plays.

    I didn't, however.

I  don't think he calls many plays overall - but he does have some leeway in regards to audible to change plays at the line of scrimmage based on what he reads. Obviously, he changes plays/calls audibles based on a mismatch that he might want to take advantage of.

    [/QUOTE]

    That's the general consensus.

I'm waiting for Rusty to tell us why Brady did such a good job against Baltimore but such a lackluster job in the game against (fill in almost any game this season).
