no one would ever want to see any player go down to injury, whether it`s a star Patriot, or any other player on any other team. but when a player dodges a bullet, as it appears mayo did by not requiring season ending surgery, and with a substitute who seems to be coming into his own as gary guyton appears to be doing...and having a rested jarod mayo ready to step in in the not to distant future, healthy and  not knicked up, i for one can see a nice silver lining in all of this. again, not that you would choose an injury to anyone, but if come crunch time, either before the playoffs or once the playoffs begin, jarod mayo is healthy and ready to go, along with a gary guyton that has a ton of confidence and excperience under his belt, you have to like our chances even more at that point
