    Perspective Missing

One of the things we're missing when evaluating the first two games of the season is perspective regarding the teams faced.

We know the Jets beat the Bucs by one point, but don't know how good the Bucs are.

The Bills have only played one game so far.

After a few weeks, we'll be able to see the actual quality of the Pats' opponents.  Maybe they're as bad as most of us think they are and the Pats barely beating them is bad news.  Maybe they're good teams and those are high quality wins.

We'll know in a few weeks.

Ironic that you're a hockey and football fan... these are supposed to be "tough" sports, all I hear is whining.

At the danger of enabling you, how were your expectations for this offense coming off 3 days rest with 3 new receivers on offense and Edelman filling in for DA?

I expected the receivers to struggle mightily.  The Injury Guy is injured so the Special Teams guy is taking over as the #1 target and a bunch of rookies are filling in the other slots.

Why would anyone expect anything else?

How many more points do you get for a "quality" win?

Now you listen here! He's not the Messiah . . .   he's a very naughty boy!

2-0,  both division wins.  2 tough games, young players getting reps and playing in tight games will only help them down the road.  If it wasnt for the injuries everything would be perfect so far.

Oh, I get it.  That's funny, p-mike.  Considering they only play once a week, most of what we talk about is forward looking.
