Back when they drafted him scouts were reporting that he's had a high amount of injuries going all the way back to high school. One of the guys was saying that he thought it was too high a risk picking him that high and wouldn't be surprised if he went down.

I think Tony Mazz said the "I" stands for injury (or maybe for interference), but definitely not for incompletion or interception.

I don't remember seeing him get hurt... Some guys are just more prone to injury, guys like Bob Sanders and Fred Taylor are a couple of the good players that come to mind.

Missed a walk-through... So did Gregory so it will probably be the same starting defensive backfield as last week: Arrington & Dennard at cornerback and McCourty & Wilson at safety.

2nd round draft bust that had an injury red flag on him.

    Re: Ras-I Hurt

Hey give credit to B.B. for thinking outside the box. I mean all the healthy guys he drafted before then couldnt play so he had to switch it up...Just  hasnt worked out yet.

Im not really concerned with him being hurt here n there. Im more concerned with WHY he isnt playing when he IS healthy.... so to me the injury is a non story compared to the fact that B.B. doesnt even like the guy. Does he interview these guys or what?

Im rooting for him too.  As I have mentioned in other threads I like his heighth against the taller receivers, I think he could be a good CB if he could only stay healthy.  Not looking good for him, another blow to the CB position, imo.

Never let it be said that we wait to learn what the injury is or how long he'll be out.  Much more fun to label him an injury-prone bust.

The few times he's been on the field, I don't recall Glass-I getting burned. Seems to always be in good position.
