Vollmer is the best right tackle in the NFL, does this make us better?

    Dumb.

Yeah the patriots would be a lot better if they had back ups playing at every position!

His "source" is Vollmer screaming in agony, so much that it could be heard on the in-game mics... something is obviously broken.

He has no sources, he takes wild stabs in the dark and is never right unless he predicts something obvious like this.

the Oline play was at its best when it had DEPTH. Solder as the 6th, Thomas as the 7th and Wendell as the 8th made for the best OL in football. This OL still have the talent, even with out Vollmer, but it is a lot to ask of an OL to play hurry up all game and not rotate out a series here and there. A tired OL is an OL making mistakes, both mental and physical. There is some talent on the PS..however it is simply not ready, I can imagine an OL coming in from a trade much easier than a WR coming in....

Is his leg broken and he's done for the season?  Yup.  Does this make us better?  Nope.  If Cannon was an upgrade he would have been starting.  It's nice that we have a solid player to replace him with, but I'd much rather see Seabass out there playing.

coincidence da offense was crispier with cannon out there? been saying it for a while now.. no need to resign the voll, go get u a cannon! should have used his $ on welker! sometimes bb misses it. vollmer is good but a luxury item for us and is increasingly the collie/amendola of the oline (most likely to get hurt candidate)! reminds of the end with da stud wrestler guy when he couldnt stay on the field and we hung on a bit too long before he finally retired.

Yeah it had nothing to do with a healthy Gronk, Amendola, a more experienced Dobson and a generally better offensive execution.  Vollmer was being touted as a midseason Pro Bowl player, hard to point out his weaknesses when there are none...
