    suck for luck twist

lets say that going into our final game against miami they are still winless along with one other team, and we are guaranteed to get a 1st round bye in the playoffs, would you purposefully lose the miami game to prevent them from getting the #1 pick?

no, you play to win the game. Maybe not play all your starters for the entire game but you still play to win the game. Least we forget why Indy kept getting kncoked out in the playoffs. Because, they rested all their starters and didn't play to win

Kick a fish when on the ground!  It will also keep the Colts away from Luck too.

Make them EARN the victory... it would be a total insult to the other team to lay down.. but, we do know of one franchise with a history of laying down, don't we?

Never underestimate the ineptitude of the Fins.  The only way they score a TD is if the Pats carry them across the goal line.

I mean, in the Fins-Jets game Marshall caught a ball beyond Cromartie and was running 10-15 yards ahead and ran OOB untouched.
