And in reality last year both Denver and Baltimore was a fear of mine. It was a win/win for the NFL. Manning gets a chance at 2 or the Harbaugh Bowl.  They got one. This year, zero chance the Pats beat Denver UNLESS they get massive turnovers, don't do it themselves, and give zero reason for penalties. Hard recipe, especially that last one. The NFL doesn't want Brady sniffing 4 anymore. Manning is near the end, and to coronate him, needs at least one more.
I don't know who's going to win next week - but if Denver does, I don't think they beat either Seattle or San Fran on a neutral field.  Both of their defenses are pretty darn good.

I saw on this thread a pats fan hoping SD hit manning in the ankle and neck.
Yup. That was me. I NEVER SAID INJURE him though. I believe I said snap some hits on him and in another thread "tenderize" him. He needs to be pushed around a bit and a little sore for the pats to have a chance next week IMO.

Of course it CAN be decided on the field. Face it. Gronkowsi gets mugged in Carolina, flag, then picked up. This game 10 miles over Welkers head, PI. 3-7 turns into 1st down. That's the type of stuff that makes people question. Why not pick up the flag? Say uncatchable?

and this is why next weeks game will be in Denver and not NewEngland.

The conference championships are going to be incredible matchups, that's for sure. Brady vs Manning. Wilson vs. Kaepernick. Old rivalry and new rivalry. Goodell is happy about the outcome this weekend.

Go back to your corner and cry about last nights game.

It was easy to get over.  Remember when I said multiple times that the colts exceeded expectations this year, were not very good, and were playing with house money.

When looking at the big picture, I am quite pleased with the colts.  Good game by your pats last night.

If Rivers can score a quick TD with this turnover, it will be a different game and SD will have a chance.  Of course he goes and gets sacked on play 1... tool

isn't nearly every ball in the air uncatchable when the receiver is taken to the ground?  Really wouldn't have mattered though as there were two penalties on the play.
