. if we win it, that move alone will be the biggest factor.

There are maybe 2 people in outer Mongolia who have not been aware of this for weeks.

Agreed. Talib is a good f-ball player. He showed he is a willing tackler  as well as a pretty good shutdown corner.

Damn shame about Gronk .... Pats can beat Ravens and Falcons without him, but 49ers .. not so sure... really a shame.

He played really well.  He will be needed against Baltimore because they have been living off chucking the ball downfield and letting their recievers fight for it.

I think this is 50th thread on this subject in the past 2 months. He obviously allows the pats to blitz more which helps the other defensive backs.

Good news is that Hernandez is playing well.  I don't know what they were doing putting Vereen out at WR, but dang it worked.  Good win, Texans did NOT lay down, went for it like mad, played to win, had early advantage with great field position, and we handled them.  Nice win.  NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Agreed...

Given how bad the Pats secondary was, pretty much league worst, just adding an average CB is going to HUGE.

    Glad to see Talib contributing.

I still think the Pats desperately need a good outside WR. If they had a big WR, they'd be unstoppable.

    smart and sarcastic now.

when we traded for talib, i said then what is evident now.

there were detractors then, not "everybody knows that" as now.

Totally agree--and also putting the physical CB Dennard on the other side is sweet--nice to see Pats cornerbacks not playing 10 yards off recievers!
