    The Perfect Storm.

Zero respect for New England. From day 1, up until now, no one has given the Pats any due, and it still continues. Here's the ESPN 'Expert' Analyst panel, and their Super Bowl predictions. The Patriots got some love, but the majority picked the Giants. This is setting up perfectly for the Pats.

    Allen - Giants
    Golic - Giants
    Hodge - Giants
    Jaworski - Giants
    Mortensen - Giants
    Schefter - Patriots
    Schlereth - Patriots
    Wickersham - Giants
    Ditka - Giants
    Keyshawn - Giants
    Chris Carter - Patriots
    Tom Jackson - Patriots

A lot of 5-5's in there picking the Giants. Wonder why they're as good as a coin flip?

It took a decade, but Tom Jackson is coming around! The new Bill will probably give him a big hug after the game Sunday night!

Paul_K, see I don't blame the fans for giving the edge to the Giants. The fans get their information on each team from the media, which is all about sucking the Giants' D (as in defense, not the other thing).

No disrespect to anyone posting here, but I really couldn't care less what the 'pundits' say.  Seems cliched I know but the team that plays better Sunday will win the game.  I like the Pats' chances.  We'll see.

Pats MUST run the ball to keep the oafs off Tom

Tom needs to be laser sharp

Bill has to have surprises in store

Pats MUST have the ball last

I wanna see Larry in a sky booth pumpin' his fist at Peyton!!!!

    New Engand CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped watching ant news except for SportsNation, the guy Collin, who loves The Pats talks about the game and how good The PATS have been playing and that the Giants lets not forget were 9-7, and with Eli you never know which one will show up. Just stay focus on the BIG prize The PATS win, 35-17..,,

The reality is that most people, fans or not, are pulling for whatever team plays against the Pats - it just happens to be the Giants.  So, it's bigger than the whole "Boston vs. N.Y." thing - it's US AGAINST THE WORLD.

all these guys are going with what happened in the last SB,
Gronk being injured, and the Hot team

what i am tired of his listening to the Giants - how
they aren't getting any respect, how they rattle TB
    - they have morphed into the JETS players whio
they themseleves told to shut up

    Re: The Perfect Storm.

Don't you guys think Gronkowski is the reason.

Think back to all of your posts over the last year and many of them were about Gronkowski's greatness - and he was.  Some of you were suggesting MVP.

With the possibility that your team MVP can't play, that puts serious strain on your team.

This is not to say the pats can't win.  I don't believe that, but I understand some of the picks in light of his injury.  I think I heard a stat today that Gronkowski was in the game for 92% of the offensive snaps this season.

And even if he can go, I don't think anyone expects him to be near 100%.

The Pat's defense is getting little to no respect. Outside of New England fans, others see the Giants marching up and down the field at will against a weak Pat's secondary, when in fact the defense seems to be finally coming togther.

Why do we care what they say?  Enjoy the game, when they finally play it.  The PATS have a very good shot, IMO.
