The reason the Pats had trouble.....

.... was those ^%#$^%&*!! uniforms. I loved the team all those years they wore them. As soon as I saw the uniforms last night, I had horrible flashbacks to all those inept teams. As soon as the Pats changed uniform styles, they started winning superbowls. BURN the old uniforms, and never use them again!

The red uniforms and the Pat Patriot logo are awesome.

There were lots of dropped passes in the first half by the whole crew.  In addition, the Pats were not finishing off in the red zone.  The ESPN commentators dropped a stat of what the Pats used to be like when they got in there...weren't doing it last night.  The defense had an awful time with the no-huddle offense...a good coaching strategy for Buffalo, indeed.  Of course, that first field goal attempt was a bad omen, as well.

Posted by BTownExpress[/QUOTE] well, BB has an affinity for going on 4th down. IMHO, the first time around, BB should have punted the ball and played for field position. It's a little harder for the opponent to score if they're starting within their own 10 yard line. Secondly, let's say the opponent goes 3 and out - then we might get the ball back at our own 40.
