I think the only places TO has a chance of signing onto are MIAMI, OAKLAND, TAMPA BAY, DENVER (If Marshall is dealt) WASHINGTON, JACKSONVILLE, and possibly CAROLINA.   Owens showed the league he's slowing down last season so teams may want to be going in a youth direction at WR than bringing in Owens.

I'd say there is a better chance than last year Owens signs with the Patriots, because more teams like Buffalo are going to be skeptical.  If we brought in Owens I would welcome it, because he would be great in 4 WR sets with Moss, Welker, Elderman, and Owens.    But he's insane and drops a lot of passes and probably wants to to get paid which I don't think he will.
