I listened on my ride home from work and thought it was borderline unlistenable but I'm willing to give it more time.

To me this guy Salk is a moron, people were calling him out yesterday and I've got to say he came off very uninformed and rude with callers.

Absolutely unlistenable. Salk won't make it a year. Plus wayyyy to many commercials. Horrible decision by Jason Wolf. This was the best EEI could do? Really??

Agreed, I don't see how he makes it a year..guy is a big mistake. I know I should give him more time, but he's terrible. -

One of the best shows I've listened to in the past decade...ok, there were 2:
#1) Dale and Holley. Insightful, respectful, informed...I saw 0 flaws with them.
#2) Dakota. I know many people hate him, but when he had a show, it was ALWAYS entertaining and engaging. I remember one day that spun off the track, and they ended up talking retro arcade games. I mean the games where you had to put quarters in to play (foreign concept to some here, I'm sure). It was one of the more entertaining stretches of radio I've ever heard. Also, he was canned for being RIGHT about Mae and Francona. I'll never forget Russilo and Dakota having a shouting match when Dakota came on Russillo's show.
That being said...I wish they'd take a shot on some guy who is a born local, loves the local teams, and doesn't have a long history being on the radio...if any at all. I could think of half a dozen people on here who, based on their postings, would make entertaining hosts.
My first vote would be for the moved-on Laz. He always had a lot to write...some made sense, more did not, but it was always entertaining. Kind of like Mikey Adams I guess, though with more intelligence.
